AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY l , 1984.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted a proposed budget to the
City Council in accordance with Section 6 . 02 of the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget provides a complete financial plan
of all City funds and activities for the fiscal year in accordance
with Section 6. 03 of the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held the required public hearings
on the budget in accordance with Section 6 . 06 of the City Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION l. The City Council hereby adopts the annual operating
budget for the fiscal year of July 1, 1984, to June 30 , 1985, a copy
of which is attached to and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2 . The City Council hereby adopts the revision of the
budget for the fiscal year ending June 30 , 1984, as stated in the
1984-85 budget document .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
