AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE R OF SECTION 26-
115 .1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON A PORTION OF FREDERICK STREET IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Schedule R of Section 26-115. 1 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a limited parking zone in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location during the
following times:
North Frederick Street, 300 block, East side, starting at a
point 86 feet north of the northeast corner of the intersection
of Bellevue and Frederick running North along the East curb
line of Frederick a distance of 217 feet, from 8 : 00 A.M. to
5 : 00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
North Frederick Street, 300 block, West side, starting at a
point 30 feet North of the Northwest corner of the intersection
of Bellevue and Frederick running North along the West curb
line of Frederick a distance of 273 feet, from 8 : 00 A.M. to
5 : 00 P.M. Monday through Friday.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
