AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 16-175 OF THE
CITY CODE PERTAINING TO RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS
FOR SECURITY GUARDS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO�I 1. Section 16-175 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, which reads as follows:
"Sec. 16-175. Residence requirements.
Any person applying for a license or for a permit under
this article shall be a resident of the State of Missouri. "
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
