BILL NO. 84-47 ORDINANCE NO. �,��
AN ORDINAIQCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF ALL OF
LOT 12, PINDWOOD PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION,
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
FROM C-2 TO R-4
WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recom-
mended that all of the property described in Section 1 of this
ordinance should be rezoned from C-2, General Commercial District
to R-4, Multiple Dwelling District; and
WHEREAS, Public Notice of such change wa5 given as prescribed
by Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, and public hearing was held on Wednesday,
May 16, 1984 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, has elected to rezone the property described in Section
1 from C-2, General Commercial District to R-4, Multiple Dwelling
District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l . Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended to change the
zoning from the present C-2, General Commercial District to R-4 ,
Multiple Dwelling District, for the following described property:
All of Lot Twelve (12) , Pindwood Park Second Subdivision,
U.S.P. Survey 3199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds and declares that
the property described in Section 1 hereof is at the present time
particularly suitable for the purposes and uses of R-4, Multiple
Dwelling District, and that such changes authorized hereby are
reasonable and in reasonable conformity with the existing uses
and value of the immediately surrounding properties.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
