AN ORDI�IANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 14 EE-1-A, A SUBDIVISION OF SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 14 EE-1, APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14 EE-1-A, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN 5EWER DISTRICT NO. 14 EE-1-A, UPdDER A
PRIVATE CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE I'l� ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOUI-ZI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That the boundaries of Sewer District No. 14 EE-
1-A, a subdivision of Sewer District No. 14 EE-1 in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as follows:
Part of U.S. Private Survey 3090, Township 30 North,
Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, more fully described as follows :
Begin at the southwest corner of Mt. Auburn Road and
Percy Drive right-of-way; thence N. 84° W. , along the south
line of Percy Drive, 240. 0 feet; thence S. 6° W. , 200. 0
feet; thence N. 84° W. , 540. 0 feet to the east line of
Farrar Drive; thence N. 6° E. , along the east line of Farrar
Drive, 450. 0 feet; thence S. 84° E. , 360. 0 feet; thence N.
6° E. , 358. 6 feet; thence S. 84° E. , 420 . 0 feet to the west
line of Mt. Auburn Road; thence S. 6° W. , along said west
line of Mt. Auburn Road, 608 . 6 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system
of sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 14 EE-1-A,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 3 . That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No. 14 EE-1-A are hereby granted permission to construct said
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No. 14 EE-1-A
and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No. 14
EE-1, subject to the following provisions.
l. That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission.

2 . That all permanent easements for said sewers on �rivate
property are made to the City of Cape Girardeau, DZissouri,
prior to execution of a contract for the work of con-
struction of said sewers.
3. That all City Ordinances, Standard Specifications of
the City and State laws applicable to this project will
be observed in all respects.
4 . That the quality of the work and materials be inspected
by the agents of the Department of Public Works of the
said City, and the cost of said inspections be paid to
said City following the completion of the work and its
acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean Water
Commission.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and
approval.
