DRURY, TRUSTEE, CAPE COUNTY BANK OF CAPE GIRAR- DEAU, JAMES L. DRURY AND WANDA L. DRURY AND VICTORIAN INNS, INC. FOR FARRAR DRIVE AND PERCY DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND A SEWER EASEMENT FROM JAMES L. DRURY AND WANDA L. DRURY, ALL IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI WHEREAS, Robert A. Drury and Anna Rose Drury, husband and wife, Charles L. Drury, Trustee, Cape County Bank of Cape Girardeau, James L. Drury and Wanda L. Drury, his wife, and Victorian Inns, Inc. have executed street easements, and James L. Drury and Wanda L. Drury, his wife have executed a sewer easement, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, parcels of land for a portion of Farrar Drive and Percy Drive right-of-way, as more fully described hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the City desires to accept such easements and have the same recorded; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Street Easement executed by Robert A. Drury and Anna Rose Drury, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri : Part of U. S. Private Survey 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more fully described as follows: Begin at the intersection of the north line of Exchange Drive and the west line of Farrar Drive, thence N. 84° E. , along the north line of Exchange Drive, 27. 0 feet to a point on a curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 27 . 0 feet and a central angle of 90° ; thence in a northeasterly direction along said curve a distance of 42. 41 feet to the west line of Farrar Drive; thence S. 6° W. , along said west line, 27. 0 feet, to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Street Easement executed by Charles L. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Street Easement executed by Cape County Bank of Cape Girardeau, a corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri : Parts of U. S. Private Survey 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more fully described as follows: Begin at the intersection of the south line of Percy Drive and the west line of Mt. Auburn Road; thence N. 84° W. , along the south line of Percy Drive, 20 . 0 feet to a point on a curve concave to the southwest, having a radius of 20 . 0 feet and a central angle of 90° ; thence in a southeasterly direction along said curve a distance of 31. 42 feet to the west line af Mt. Auburn Road; thence N. 6° E. , along said west line, 20. 0 feet, to the point of beginning. SECTION 4 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Street Easement executed by James L. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Street Easement executed by Victorian Inns, Inc. , a corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri : Parts of U. S. Private Survey 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more fully described as follows: Begin at the intersection of the south line of Exchange Drive and the west line of Farrar Drive; thence N. 84° W. , along the south line of Exchan�e Drive 27 . 0 feet to a point on a curve concave to the southwest, having a radius of 27. 0 feet and a central angle 90° ; thence in a southeasterly direction along said curve a distance of 42. 41 feet to the west line of Farrar Drive; thence N. 6° E. , along said west line, 27. 0 feet, to the point of beginning. Drury, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri: Part of U. S. Private Survey 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, being 3 . a strip of land 15 feet in width lying 7. 5 feet each side of the following described centerline: Begin at a point on the north line of Percy Drive which is 220 feet west of the west line of Mt. Auburn Road; thence N. 6° E. , parallel to Mt. Auburn Road, 3$5 feet and there terminating said 15 foot easement. SECTION 7 . It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, that said easements be recorded by the City Clerk in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. SECTION 8 .
