AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FROM CAPE
READY MIX COMPANY, INC. AND JOHN G. WELCH AND MARY
E. WELCH, FOR BLOOMFIELD ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, CITY
AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, Cape Ready Mix Company, Inc. and John G. Welch and
Mary E. lnlelch, his wife, have executed Quit Claim Deeds, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, parcels of land for a
portion of Bloomfield Road right-of-way, as more fully described
hereinafter in this Ordinance, and the City desires to accept
such Quit Claim Deeds and have the same recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
acce�ts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Cape Ready Mix Company,
Inc. , conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real estate located in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
Part of the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract, U.S.P. Survey 2199, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, being 5 feet wide and lying
adjacent to and southerly of the following described line :
Start at the point where Lhe south line of Lot 1 of the Rodney
400 Arpen Tract (being also the north line of Outlot 86 of
U.S.P. S. 2199) intersects the west right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway 61; thence North 82° 15 ' West, 1048 . 8 feet to the south-
west corner of the Welch Tract as described in Book 219 , Page 207
of the land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri; thence
North 24° 45 ' West, 241. 8 feet to a point on the south right-of-
way line of Bloomfield Road; thence North 66° East, 85 feet along
said south right-of-way line to the northeast corner of said
Welch Tract for a point of beginning; thence continue along said
right-of-way line, North 66° East, 540 . 9 feet; thence North 53°
30 ' East, 275 feet; thence North 52° 15 ' East, 88 . 8 feet, and
there terminating.
This land is for the purpose of street right-of-way along Bloom-
field Road.
SECTION 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, £��issouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by John G. Welch and Mary E.
Welch, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,

the following described real estate located in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:

This land is for the purpose of street right-of-way along Bloomfield
Road.
SECTION 3. It is ordered by the Council of the City of Cape
Girardeau, that said Quit Claim Deeds be recorded by the City
Clerk in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri.
SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval . �
