AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION 26-212
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION
OF TWO STOP SIGNS ON BLOOMFIELD ROAD AT SPRING
AVENUE, I� THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. Schedule C of Section 26-212 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by authorizing the installation of stop signs in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Bloomfield Road at Spring Avenue, Northeast corner facing
East.
Bloomfield Road at Spring Avenue, Southwest corner facing
West.
SECTION 2 . If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held
invalid or unconstitutional by any Court of competent juris-
diction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and
independent provision and such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
