AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-115.1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING
LIMITED PARKING ON A PORTION OF ALTA VISTA
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNG;IL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: `
SECTIOr1 1 . Schedule P of Section 26-115. 1 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing limited parking zones in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Alta Vista Drive, 500 Block, West side, between 8 : 00 A.M.
and 4 : 00 P.M. , Monday through Friday.
SECTION 2 . If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or partion of this ordinance is for any reason held in-
valid or unconstitutional by any Court of competent jurisdiction,
such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
