AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16
RELATING TO REGULATION OF ABORTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOW5:
SECTION l. Ordinance Number 16 passed and approved September
20, 1982 entitled, "An Ordinance Creating and Enacting a New
Article III of Chapter 15 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Entitled Regulation of Abortions" ,
is hereby repeal�d ir� its entireicy.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
