AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF BLOOMFIELD
ROAD FROM A POINT 132 FEET WEST OF THE POINT OF
INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER LINES OF THE RIGHT-OF-
WAY OF BLOOMFIELD ROAD AND SILVER SPRINGS ROAD
SOUTH OF BLOOMFIELD, TO A POINT 148 FEET EAST OF
SAID POINT OF INTERSECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the. grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade for the center line of Bloomfield Road from a point 132
feet west of the point of intersection of the center lines of the
right-of-way of Bloomfield Road and Silver Springs Road south of
Bloomfield, to a point 148 feet east of said point of intersection,
and described as follows:
SECTION 2. Begin at a point 132 feet west of the point of
intersection of the center lines of the right-of-ways of Bloomfield
Road and Silver Springs Road south of Bloomfield. Said beginning
point for the purpose of this description shall be known as
Station - 1 + 32 with an elevation of 430. 77; thence easterly
with a vertical curve having an ascending grade of 7. 80% to
Station 0 + 08; thence with a descending grade of 5. 60o to the
point of tangency at Station 1 + 48 having an elevation of 433. 85
and there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after ten days following its passage and approval.
