AN ORDINA�CE APQENDING SCHEDIILE G OF SECTION
26-116 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, �iISSOURI, ESTABLISHING TWO
HOUR PARKING LIMITS ON SPANISH STREET, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHE�EAS, City Manager Form Ordinance No. 1645, passed and
approved on February 18, 1981, established two hour parking
limits on certain streets in the City of Cape Girardeau; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance needs to be amended;
�OW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED SY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, T=7ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. That part of City P�anager Form Ordinance No.
1645, Section 3, passed and approved February 18, 1981, reading
as follows:
Spanish, from Broadway to AZerriwether
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Schedule G. of Section 26-116 of the code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing two hour parking zones in the City of
Cape Gira-rdeau, T�'lissouri, at the following locations on both
sides of each street:
Spanish, from Broadway to William.
SECTION 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any Court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 4. All prior ordinances or portions thereof which
are contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the contradiction
or inconsistency.

S�CTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days af�er its passage and approval.
