AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BOHNSACK SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Bohnsack Subdivision, a
parcel of land being a part of Lot 12, Block 1 of Tucks
Subdivision and a part of Lot 8, Block 3 of Rodney Vista
Subdivision in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri ,
submitted by Robert W. Bohnsack and Linda J. Bohnsack and
bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land
Surveyor , dated January 28, 1986, is hereby approved .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
