SE4JER DISTRICT N0. 12-PP-5 & 14-L-5 , A
SUBUIVISION OF SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-PP &
14-L, APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-PP-5 &
14-L-5 , AP1D AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 12-PP-5 & 14-L-5 UNDER A PRIVATE
CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED RY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No.
12-PP-5 & 14-L-5 , a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12-PP &
14-L in the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , shall be as
follows :
Beginning at a point that is the Northwest corner of
,.r, Lot 11 of Pinwood Park Second Addition to the City of Cape
Girardeau; thence S . 0° 04 ' E . along the West line of said
Addition 464 . 84 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 10 of
Crites First Addition; thence S . 89° 56 ' W. along the North
line of said Crites First Addition, 400 feet to the
Northwest corner of Lot 7 of said Crites First Addition;
thence N . 0° 04 ' W. 214 . 84 feet to the South right-of-way
of Whitener Street extended; thence continue N . 0° 04 ' W. ,
50 . 0 feet to the North right-of-way of Whitener Street
extended; tl�ence N . 89° 56 ' E . along said North
right-of-way 47 . 0 feet to a point; thence N . 0° 04 ' W.
112 . 78 feet to a point in an existing ditch; thence N. 27°
25 ' E . along the centerline of said ditch 98 . 31 feet to the `
Southwest corner of Lot 4 of Crites Sixth Addition; thence
N . 89° 56 ' E . along the South line of said Addition 307 . 63
feet to the point of beginninga
SECTION 2 . That the plans for the construction of a system
of sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 12-PP-5
& 14-L-5 , a copy of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk , are hereby approved and ordered filed.

SECTION 3 . That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No . 12-PP-5 & 14-L-5 are hereby granted permission to construct �
said system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No .
12-PP-5 & 14-L-5 and to connect same to existing sewers in
Sewer District No . 12-PP & 14-L, subject to the following
provisions .
1 . That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission .
2 . That all permanent easements for said sewers on
private property are made to the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , prior to execution of a contract
for the work of construction of said sewers .
3 . That all City ordinances , Standard Specifications of
the City and State la�vs applicable to this project
will be observed in all respects .
4 . That the quality of the work and materials be
inspected by the agents of the City engineer of the
said City, and that cost of said inspections be paid
to said City following the completion of the work and
its acceptance by said City and the Missouri Clean
Water Commission .
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and �
approval .
