AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM
KELSO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR PARK
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
easement executed by Kelso Development Corporation conveying an
easement to the City in the following described real estate
located in the City and Co�inty of Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
A parcel of land in the South part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Fractional Section
29 , Township 31 North , Range 14 East, Fifth Principal
Meridian, ��ore particularly described as follows :
Commence at the Northwest corner of Fractional Section
29 , Township 31 North , Range 14 East; thence South
along the section line between said Section 29 and
Section 30 , 1948 . 32 feet for a point of beginning;
,,.� thence East 841 . 5 feet for a corner ; thence South
718 . 08 feet to a point on the quarter section line of
said Fractional Section 29 ; thence West along said
quarter section line , 841 . 5 feet for a corner ; thence
Pdorth 718 . 08 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
