AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY
DEED FROM KELSO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR
PARK PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLL04JS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts a
General Warranty Deed executed by Kelso Development Corporation
conveying to the City the following described real estate
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
A parcel of land in the south part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Fractional Section
29 , Township 31 North, Range 14 East, Fifth Principle
Meridian, more particularly described as follows :
Commence at the Northwest corner of Fractional Section
29 , Township 31 North, Range 14 East; thence South
along the section line between said Section 29 and
Section 30 , 1948 . 32 feet for a corner ; thence East
,� 841 . 5 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue
East 440 . 5 feet for a corner ; thence South 718 . 08 feet
to a point on the quarter section line of said
Fractional Section 29 ; thence West along said quarter
section line, 447 . 5 feet for a corner; thence North
718 . 08 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7 . 32
acres more or less .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval�
