AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY
DEED FROM KELSO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR
PARK PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts a
General Warranty Deed executed by Kelso Development Corporation
conveying to the City the following described real estate
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
A parcel of land in the South part of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Fractional Section
19 , Township 31 North, Range 14 East, Fifth Principle
Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the Southeast
quarter of said Fractional Section 19 for a point of
beginning; thence North along the section line between
said Section 19 and Section 20 600 feet for a corner ;
^ thence West parallel to the South line of said Section
19 to a point of intersection with the quarter quarter
section line; thence South along said quarter quarter
line 600 feet more or less to the South line of
Section 19 ; thence East along said South section line
to the point of beginning, containing 18 . 2 acres more
or less .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
