AP1 ORDINAPICE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GLENVIE�J HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAIrdED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI , AS FOLL04dS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Glenview Heights
Subdivision, a part of Fractional Section 35 , Township 31
P�orth , Range 13 East in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , submitted by James C. Green and Catherine J . Green
and bearing the certification of Richard I . Bowen, a Registered
Land Surveyor , dated July 17 , 1986 , is hereby approved .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council a�proval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
