AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SAN DANGARO 4TH SUBDIVISION, CORRECTED PLAT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDFAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of San Dangaro 4th Subdivision,
Corrected Plat, a part of U . S.P. Survey No . 2198 , Township 31
North , Range 13 East in the City and County of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , submitted by Daniel G . Penrod and bearing the
certification of Wayne Koehler , a Registered Land Surveyor ,
dated July 17 , 1986 , is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
