AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
ROBERT F . ETIGELMANN AND LINDA G. ENGELMANN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
sewer easement executed by Robert F. Engelmann and Linda J .
Engelmann conveying a sewer easement to the City in the
following described real estate located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
A Part of Fractional Section 35 , Township 31 North,
Range 13 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri , being a 20 foot strip of land
described as follows: The East 10 feet of Lot 69 and
the West 10 feet of Lot 70 of Chauteau Manor
Subdivision, as recorded in the Recorder 's Office of
Cape Girardeau County, Missouri .
SECTIOPd 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
� effect ten days after its passage and approval .
