AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTIt]G A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
CAPE GIRARDEAU COMMUNITY SHELTERED WORKSHOP,
INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
sewer easement executed by Cape Girardeau Community sheltered
Workshop, Inc, conveying a sewer easement to the City in the
following described real estate located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
A Strip of land being 10 . 0 feet wide in 0. L. 63 ,
Survey 2199 , Township 30 North, Range 14 East in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , being 5 . 0
feet either side of the following described
centerline, to-wit:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said O. L. 63 ;
thence S. 7° 15 ' W, along the West line of said 0. L.
�^ 63 , 621 .8 feet to the North right-of-way line of
Highway 74 ; thence N. 78° 37 ' E. along said
right-of-way line, 9 . 5 feet for the point of
beginning; thence N. 8° 10 ' E. , 43 . 0 feet; thence N.
77° 35 ' E. , 183 . 2 feet ; thence N. 84° 11 ' E. , 400 . 0
feet to a point 5 . 0 feet North of and being measured
normal to the North right-of-way line of Highway No.
74 ; thence N. 78° 37 ' E. parallel with and 5 . 0 feet
North of said right-of-way line, 400 .0 feet to a point
and there terminating.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
