AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-112 AND SCHEDULE P OF SECTION 26-113 OF
THE CITY CODE MODIFYING THE NO PARKING ZONE
ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH WEST END BOULEVARD
BETWEEN DUNKLIN AND PEMISCOT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOrT 1 . Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by deleting the no parking zone at the following
location:
North West End Boulevard, 800 Block , West
side, North from the intersection of the
Northwest corner of Pemiscot and North West
End Boulevard to the Southwest corner of the
^ intersection of Dunklin and North West End
Boulevard, a distance of 289 feet .
SECTION 2 . Schedule F of Section 26-112 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , at the following location:
P�orth West End Boulevard, 800 Block , West
side, beginning at a point 73 feet South of
the Southwest corner of North West End
Boulevard and Dunklin Street running South
to the Northwest corner of North West End
Boulevard and Pemiscot Street .
SECTION 3 . Schedule P of Section 26-113 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by establishing a limited parking zone in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the following location: .
North West End Boulevard, 800 Block , West
side, beginning at a point 20 feet South of
the Southwest corner of North West End
Boulevard and Dunklin Street running South a
distance of 53 feet , between 8 : 00 A.M. and.-
4 : 00 P. M. , Monday through Friday.

SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
