AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
MULTI-USE CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , hereby appropriates from the Multi-Use Center
Construction Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year ending
June 30 , 1986 the sum of Two Million Nineteen Thousand Dollars
$2 ,019 ,000 . 00 for the purpose of paying the City' s portion of
the cost of constructing, furnishing and equipping the
University/City Multi-Use Center .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
