AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING
THE BALANCE OF THE AIRPORT BOND FUND TO THE
DATA PROCESSIPIG FUND
VIHEREAS, the last debt servi.ce payment for the Airport
General Obligation Bonds , 1965 Series has been made; and
�JHEREAS, a surplus of approximately $152 , 318 . 82 remains in
the Airport Bond Fund; and
�af-iEREAS, the City is contracting for the purchase of a data
processing system; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested in writing that the
Council transfer and appropriate the ba�ance of the Airport
Bond Fund to the Data Processing Fund .
rlow, THFREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council hereby transfers the balance
�^ of the Airport Bond Fund to the Data Processing Fund and
appropriates the additional sum of $152 , 000 for Data Processing
Capital Outlays .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
