AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER LINE EASEMENT
AND A DRAINAGE AND SEWER EASEMENT IN
CONNECTION WITH MT. AUBURN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
easement executed by the G. Keith Deimund Trust of Sentember 3 ,
1979 conveying a Sewer Line Easement to the City in the
following described real estate located in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau , Missouri :
A strip of land being 10 . 0 feet wide lying West of and
adjacent to the West side of Mount Auburn Subdivision
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
described as follows :
Commence at the SW corner of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of
Section 26 ; Township 31 North, Range 13 East; thence N
0° 23 ' E along the 1/4-Section Line, 57 . 78 feet;
.-. thence N 89° 00 ' E , 293 . 5 feet for the Point of
Beginning; thence N 0° 23 ' E, 916 ,49 feet ; thence S
79° 22 ' 28" E, 10 . 16 feet; thence S 0° 23 ' W, 914 .45
feet; thence S 89° 00 ' W, 10 . 0 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
SECTION 2 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
easement executed by the G. Keith Deimund Trust conveying a
Drainage and Sewer Easement to the City in the following
described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri :
A strip of land lying adjacent to and along the South
side of Lot 8 of Mount Auburn Subdivision in the City
and County of C;ape Girardeau , Missouri being 15 .0 feet
wide described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of
Section 26 ; thence N 0° 23 ' E along the 1/4-Section
Line, 57 . 78 feet ; thence N 89° 00 ' E, 303 . 5 feet;
thence N 0° 23 ' E, 914 . 45 feet for the Point of
]3eginning; thence N 79° 22 ' 28" W, 152 . 4 feet; thence
N 0° 23 ' E, 15 . 24 feet; thence S 79° 22 ' 28" E, 152 . 4
feet; thence S 0° 23 ' W, 15 . 24 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
