AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED AND
AN EASEMENT FOR INGRFSS AP1D EGRESS IN
CONNECTION WITH THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT FACILITY TO SERVE MT. AUBURN
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
Quit Claim Deed executed by the G. Keith Deimund Trust of
September 3 , 1979 conveying to the City the following described
real estate located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri :
A parcel of land being a part of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of
Section 26 , Township 31 North , Range 13 East in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri containing
0 . 238 acre (more or less ) , described as follows :

Commence at the SW corner of the SW1/4 SEl/4 of said
Section 26 ; thence N 0° 23 ' E along the 1/4-Section
Line, 57 . 78 feet ; thence N 89° 00 ' E, 303 . 55 feet ;
thence N 0° 23 ' E, 929 . 69 feet; thence N 79° 22 ' 28"
W, 152 . 40 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence N
77° 51 ' 23" W, 156 . 78 feet; thence N 0° 23 ' E, 50 . 1
feet; thence N 89° 13 ' E, 153 . 51 feet; thence S 0° 23 '
W, 85 . 18 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The City also accepts the Easement for ingress and egress
contained in the Quit Claim Deed over and across the following
described strip of land:

Begin at the P1E corner of the above described parcel ;
thence N 89° 13 ' E, 332 . 89 feet to the 6aest R/W Line
of Mount Auburn Road; thence S 6° 49 ' W along said R/W
line , 20 . 18 feet; thence S. 89° 13 ' 6�1, 330 . 63 feet to
the East Line of the above described parcel ; thence N
0° 23 ' E along said East Line , 20 . 0 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
