AN ORDINANCE AME�IDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING
THE INSTAL•LATION OF A STOP SIGN OrT KIMBERLY
DRIVE AT h9T. AUBURN ROAD
BE IT ORDAI�IED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by auttlorizing the installation of a stop sign in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , at the following location:
Kimberly Drive at Mt . Auburn Road, South��est corner facing
�aest.
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be i�i full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval ,
