AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAROLEWOOD ESTATES II SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Carolewood Estates II
Subdivision, being a part of the South half of the Southeast
Quarter - Northeast Quarter and a part of the Northeast Quarter -
Southeast Quarter , Section 27, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of
the Fifth Principal Meridian , in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau , State of Missouri , submitted by Charles E. Moutell and
Carole A. Moutell , and bearing the certification of Richard I .
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor , dated September 15, 1987, is
hereby approved .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3 . The Council finds and determines that an emergency
exists according to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of Cape Girardeau
in that this measure concerns the immediate preservation of the
public peace, property, health , safety or morals because failure
to adopt the ordinance immediately will result in great financial
loss to the community and will deter further economic development
in the community. Therefore, this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval .
