AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES ON PART OF SPRIGG
STREET IN CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 26-112 of the Code of Ordinances of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, Schedule F of the Traffic Ordinance Schedule is hereby amended so thax all parking
of automobiles is prohibited on both sides of that part of Sprigg Street which lies between ihe
north line of North Street and the south line of Village Drive in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 2. All previous ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this
ordinance is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent
jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision and
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
