AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF
ENTERPRISE STREET FROM INDUSTRIAL DRIVE
NORTH 927 . 4 F'EET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the grade as hereinafter described shall be
the grade for the center line of Enterprise Street from the center
of Industrial Drive for 927 . 4 feet north , in the City of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri , and is in reference to Mean Sea Level .
SECTION 2. Begin at Station -0 + 20. 0 , 20 feet south of the
north right-of-way line of Industrial Drive at an elevation of
399 .00; thence north with a descending grade of 1 . 24$ to an
elevation of 398 .80 at Station -0 + 04. 0 ; thence with a vertical
curve, 40 feet to an elevation of 398 .82 at Station 0 + 36; thence
with an ascending grade of 1 . 35$ to an elevation of 399 . 89 at
Station 1 + 15 .0 ; thence with a vertical curve, 60 feet to an
elevation of 401 . 10 at Station 1 + 75; thence with an ascending
grade of 2. 70� to an elevation of 405 .15 at Station 3 + 25 .0 ;
thence with a vertical curve, 100 feet to an elevation of 406 . 72
at Station 4 + 25; thence with an ascending grade of 0 . 43$ to an
elevation of 407 . 59 at Station 6 + 28 ; thence with a vertical
curve, 100 feet to an elevation of 406. 68 at Station 7 + 28;
thence with a descending grade of -2. 24� to an elevation of 404. 17
at Station 8 + 40; thence with a vertical curve 40 feet to an
elevation of 403 . 52 at Station 8 + 80 . 0; thence with a descending
grade of 1 . 0� to an elevation of 403. 84 feet at Station 9 + 07 . 4,
and there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
