AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING SEWER EASEMENTS FROM
ROBERT K. HERBST AND CHERIE J. HERBST AND
GUS W. COOMER AND SHIRLEY J. COOMER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTIOP� 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
sewer easement executed by Robert K. Herbst and Cherie J.
Herbst conveying a sewer easement to the City in the following
described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau , Missouri :
Part of Tract 8 of the Klages Partition in Outlot 77, in
U.S. P.S . No. 2199, described as follows :
A strip of land 4 feet wide, lying 4 feet on the South side
of the following description: Start at the most Northerly
corner of Tract 8 ; thence South 53° 12' West along the line
between Tracts 7 and 8 of Klages Partition, 480 feet to a
point ; thence South 42° 06' East, 150 feet more or less to
the North line of Lot 3, Block 1 of Kirchoff Subdivision
for a point of beginning; thence run Easterly along said
North line to the West right-of-way line of West Mount
Drive and there terminating.
SECTIUN 2. The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the
sewer easement executed by Gus W. Coomer and Shirley J. Coomer
conveying a sewer easement to the City in the following
described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri :
Part of Tract 8 of the Klages Partition in Outlot 77,
in U.S . P.S . No . 2199 , described as follows :
A strip of land 6 feet wide , lying 6 feet on the North
side of the following description: Start at the most
Northerly corner of Tract 8 ; thence South 53° 12' West
along the line between Tracts 7 and 8 of Klages
Partition, 480 feet to a point ; thence South 42° 06'
East, 150 feet more or less to the North line of Lot
3, Block 1 of Kirchoff Subdivision for a point of
beginning ; thence run Easterly along said North line
to the West right-of-way line of West Mount Drive and
there terminating.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval .
