AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BISHER ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Bisher Estates Subdivision,
being a part of Lots 6 and 7 of Ebert ' s Subdivision of part of Out
Lot 86, and a part of the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract, in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , submitted by Alan D.
Bisher , Janice Kay Bisher and Simon J. Bisher , and bearing the
certification of Wayne Koehler , a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
April 24, 1987, is hereby approved .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
