AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OE
NORTHFIELD EIGHTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Northfield Eighth Subdivision,
being part of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
19 , Township 31 North , Range 14 East , in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau , State of Missouri , submitted by Northfield
Properties , Inc . , and bearing the certification of Richard I .
Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor , dated P�arch 26, 1987, is hereby
approved .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-KK-3, A SUBDIVISION OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-KK & 14 D, APPROVING
THE PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM
OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 12-KK-3, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 12-KK-3 UNDER A PRIVATE
CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No . 12-KK-3,
a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12-KK & 14 D in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri , shall be as follows :
That part of U.S. P. Survey No. 2198 and part of
fractional Section 25, all in Township 31 North , Range
13, East of the Fifty Principal Meridian, described as
follows : Commence at a stone at the Northeast corner
of Belleridge Subdivision, being also the Northwest
corner of Greenwood First Subdivision; thence South
87° 59 ' East along the North line thereof, 449. 23 feet
to the Northeast corner of Greenwood First Subdivision
for a place of beginning ; thence continue south 87°
59 ' East along said line, 608. 38 feet to the Northwest
corner of Greenwood Second Subdivision ; thence along
the West line of said Second Subdivision with the
following: South 0° O1 ' West, 1055. 01 feet ; South 42°
07 ' West , 369 . 94 feet ; South 53° 38 ' 23" East, 14. 77
feet ; South 18° 22' West, 170 . 44 feet ; South 71° 38 '
East , 27 . 9a feet ; South 1° 56' West , 129 . 61 feet ;

feet to the place of beginning, in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri , containing
23. 293 acres .
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of
sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 12-KK-3, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk , are
hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 3. That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No. 12-KK-3 are hereby granted permission to construct said system
of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No . 12-KK-3 and to
connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No. 12-KK &
14 D, subject to the following provisions .
l . That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
2. That all permanent easements for said sewers on private
property are made to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , prior to execution of a contract for the work
of construction of said sewers.
3. That all City ordinances , Standard Specifications of the
City and State laws applicable to this project will be
observed in all respects .
4. That the quality of the work and materials be inspected
by the agents of the City engineer of the said City, and
that cost of said inspections be paid to said City
following the completion of the work and its acceptance
by said City and the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
SECTION 4 . That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and
approval .
