AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF A
SUBDIVISION OF LOT 5 OF INDEPENDENCE WEST
SECOND COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The record plat of a Subdivision of Lot 5 of
Independence West Second Commer.cial Subdivision, being part of Out
Lot 81 , 82 and 87 and the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract, U. S. P. Survey
r1o . 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East in the City and County
of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , submitted by Blattner
Brothers Real Estate Company and De Joy ' s of Shoney ' s, Inc. , and
bearing the certification of Richard I . Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor , dated March 9, 1987, is hereby approved .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
