AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-EE-2-A, A SUBDIVISION
OF SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14, APPROVING THE
PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF
SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT
N0. 14-EE-2-A, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL SEWERS IN
SE6dER DISTRICT N0. 14-EE-2-A UPdDER A PRIVATE
CONTRACT SUBJECT TO CERTAIPI PROVISIONS, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUPICIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION l . That the boundaries of Sewer District No .
14-EE-2-A, a subdivision of Sewer District P1o . 14 in the City of
Cape Girardeau , Missouri , shall be as follows :
Part of Out Lot 86, of U. S . P. Survey tdo . 2199,
in the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , described as
follows :
Start at the Southeast corner of U. S. P. Survey No .
175 ; thence North 6° 45' East, along the line between
Surveys 174 and 175 a distance of 1344..8 feet ; thence
South 82° 02' East , 223. 3 feet ; thence North 6° 45 '
East , 280 feet ; thence South 82° 02' East , 426. 9 feet ;
thence North 7° 58 ' East , 167. 4 feet ; thence South 81°
43 ' East, 768 . 3 feet ; thence North 8° 17 ' East, 969 . 6
feet to the Southwest corner of the 3. 06 acre tract of
land conveyed to Simon Heisserer and Theresa
Heisserer, husband wife, by deed recorded in Book 139
at Page 140 for the point of beginning; thence
continue North 8° 17 ' East , 363. 38 feet to the
Northeast corner of Lot 1 , Block 4, Northview Acres
Subdivision as shown on the plat in Plat Book 5 at
Page 5; thence North 60° 53' Fast , along the existing
South line of Bloomfield Road 284 . 3 feet to the
intersection of said South line of the Bloomfield Road
with the existing West line of Silver Springs Road ;
thence Soutt� 28° 30 ' East along said West line of
Silver Springs Road 63. 89 feet ; thence South 6° 45 '
East, 399 . 71 feet ; thence Soutt� 83° 15 ' West, 380. 7
feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of
sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No . 14-EE-2-A, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved and ordered filed.
SECTION 3. That the owners of lands in said Sewer District
No. 14-EE-2-A are hereby granted permission to construct said
system of sanitary lateral sewers in Sewer District No. 14-EE-2-A
and to connect same to existing sewers in Sewer District No. 14,
subject to the following provisions .
1 . That proper authority has been secured to proceed from
the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
2. That all permanent easernents for said sewers on private
property are made to the City of Cape Girardeau ,
Missouri , prior to execution of a contract for the work
of construction of said sewers .
3. That all City ordinances, Standard Specifications of the
City and State laws applicable to this project will be
observed in all respects .
4 . That the quality of the work and materials be inspected
by the agents of the City engineer of the said City, and
that cost of said inspections be paid to said City
following the completion of the work and its acceptance
by said City and the Missouri Clean Water Commission.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after ten days following its passage and
approval .
