AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-45 OF THE CITY CODE AUTHORIZING THE
REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS ON GOOD HOPE AT ELLIS
AND AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP
SIGNS ON ELLIS AT GOOD HOPE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . Schedule C of Section 26-45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by authorizing the removal of stop signs in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri , at the following locations :
Good Hope at Ellis , Northeast corner facing East.
Good Hope at Ellis , Southwest corner facing West .
SECTION 2. Schedule C of Section 26-45 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , is hereby
amended by authorizing the installation of stop signs in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , at the following locations :
Ellis at Good Hope , Northwest corner facing North .
Ellis at Good Hope , Southeast corner facing South .
SECTION 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
