AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GLENVIEW HEIGHTS SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLL047S:
SECTIUN 1 . The record plat of Glenview Heights Second
Subdivision, a re-subdivision of a part of Lots 17 and 18 of
Glenview Heights Subdivision and a part of Fractional Section 35,
all in Township 31 North, Range 13 East in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , submitted by James C. Green and
Catherine J. Green and bearing the certification of Richard I .
Bowen , a Registered Land Surveyor , dated December 3, 1986, is
herehy approved .
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
