AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FROM
DRURY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND ALBERT H.
KELLER AND OLIVE M. KELLER FOR A PORTION OF
SIEMERS DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
� accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Drury Development
Corporation, A Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , a Quit Claim Deed for a portion of Siemers
Drive, more particularly described as follows, to-wit :
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF SIEMERS DRIVE
FROM THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-�'AY LINE OF BLOOMFIELD ROAD
TO STATION 13+28 . 21 (NORTH LINE U. S.P.S. No. 175)
PARCEL 1
A part of United States Private Surveys No. 175 and 3090 ,
Townships 30 and 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri , being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of U. S.P. S. No.
3090, from which the Southwest corner of Lot No. 1 of
Commissioner ' s Plat of Subdivision of U. S.P. S. No. 3090
bears North 85° O1 ' 35" West , 667 . 38 feet ; thence South 27°
10 ' 54" East , a distance of 2088 . 33 feet ; thence North 55°
