AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
BEACON INDUSTRIES, INC. , DANIEL G. PENROD,
TERESA A. PENROD, EDWARD J. FELLOWS AND R. MAXINE
FELLOWS FOR A PORTION OF EL RIO DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Beacon Industries, Inc. ,
Daniel G. Penrod, Teresa A. Penrod, Edward J. Fellows and
R. Maxine Fellows, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , a Quit Claim Deed for a portion of E1 Rio Drive, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit :
A strip of land being 50 . 0 feet wide located in Survey
2198, Township 31 North, Range 13 East in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , containing 1 . 3687 acres
(more or less) , described as follows :
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Survey 2198 ;
thence South 89° 00' East with the North line of said
Survey, 1343 . 1 feet to the Northwest corner of a cemetary,
which point is also the Southwest corner of the Southeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 31

to the point of curve of a curve to the left , having a
radius of 163 .74 feet ; thence along the arc of said curve

Less those portions dedicated as E1 Rio Drive in San
Dangaro Fourth Subdivision to the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , as shown in Plat Book 15, Page 4.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
