AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
WOODLAND HILLS ESTATES SIXTH SUBDIVISIO�
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Woodland Hills Estates Sixth
Subdivision, Lot No. 168, Woodland Hills Estates 3rd Subdivision,
and Lots No. 203 and 204 of Woodland Hills Estates 5th
Subdivision, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri ,
submitted by Leonard W. Lowes and Helen J. Lowes, husband and
wife, Charles P. Godwin and Nancy K. Godwin, husband and wife, and
Charles P. Bolden and Karen F. Bolden, husband and wife, and
bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated August 29, 1989, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
