AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
WALTER JOE FORD, TRUSTEE, IN SEWER DISTRICT N0.
14-C-2 ON MT. AUBURN ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement executed by Walter Joe Ford, Trustee or
his Successor of the Walter J. Ford Voluntary Trust Agreement of
September 15, 1982, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, an easement for sewers in Sewer District No. 14-C-2 on
Mt . Auburn Road, more particularly described as follows, to-wit :
That part of the Southwest Quarter, of the Southeast
Quarter of Fractional Section 26, and that part of the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Fractional
Section 35, all in Township 31 North, Range 13 East , City
and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri , described
as follows:
Commence at a stone on the South Quarter Corner of said
Section 26 ; thence North 0° 23 ' East , 57. 78 feet , to a
one-half inch Iron Rod; thence South 89° 00 ' East , 304 . 82
feet , to the place of beginning; thence South 11° 25 ' 14"
East , 236 . 27 feet ; thence South 0° 20 ' 12" West, 206. 73
feet ; thence South 89° 39 ' 48" East, 15. 0 feet ; thence
North 0° 20 ' 12" East , 208 , 27 feet ; thence North 11° 25 '
14" West , 234. 51 feet ; thence North 89° 00 ' West , 15 . 36
feet, to the place of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
