AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF SEWER
DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B-4 , A SUBDIVISION OF SEWER
DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B, APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B-4, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY LATERAL
SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT N0. 14-1-B-4, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . That the boundaries of Sewer District No .
14-1-B-4 , a subdivision of Sewer District No. 14-1-B in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , shall be as follows:
Commence at the Quarter Section Corner along the West line
of Section 26 , also being the Northwest corner of Parcel 7 ,
Block 4 , as designated on the Assessment Maps of the County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , for a point of beginning;
thence Easterly along said Quarter Section line 578 feet ,
more or less, to the Northeast corner of Parcel 6 , Block 4 ;
thence South 7° 27 ' 45" East , 171 . 77 feet to the North
right-of-way line of Kage Hills Drive; thence South 7° 27 '
45" East , 50 feet to the South right-of-way line of Kage
Hills Drive ; thence South 7° 27 ' 45" , 175 . 0 feet to a point
on the South line of Parcel 1, Block 3 ; thence South 14°
22 ' 44" East , 142 . 5 feet to a point on the South line of
Parcel 2, Block 3 ; thence Westerly 40 feet more or less to
the Northwest corner of Parcel 8 , Block 3 ; thence Southerly
and Easterly along the West side of said Lot 8 as follows :
Southerly 254 . 1 feet ; thence South 58° 12 ' East, 150 feet
more or less to the most Southerly corner of said Lot 8 ;
thence South 42° 0 ' West, 294 . 6 feet ; thence South 42° 0 '
West , 21 . 9 feet ; thence Westerly, 181 . 7 feet to the East
right-of-way line of Kage Hills Drive; thence Westerly 50
feet to the West right-of-way line of Kage Hills Drive ,
also being the Southeast corner of Parcel 12, Block 4 ;
thence South 86° 45 ' West , 104 .1 feet ; thence North 53° 06 '
West 189 . 6 feet along the North right-of-way line of
Carolewood Drive; thence leaving said Carolewood Drive
North 0° 30 ' West 945 . 10 feet to the Quarter Section Corner
along the West line of Section 26, also known as the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the plans for the construction of a system of
sanitary lateral sewers to serve Sewer District No. 14-1-B-4, a
copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are
hereby approved and ordered filed.

full force from and after ten days following its passage a�d
approval .
