AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR SEWERS
FROM DRURY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IN ENGRAM
FARMS AND JOYCE TRACTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts an Easement executed by Drury Development Corporation, a
Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , a permanent sewer easement in Engram Farms and Joyce
Tracts, more particularly described as follows, to-wit :
A permanent easement to construct, maintain and repair a
sanitary sewer line, manholes and other appurtenances, on
the following described real estate:
A part of Fractional Section 35, Township 31 North, Range
13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Westland Hills
Subdivision as recorded in the land records of the County
Recorder ' s Office in Plat Book No. 4 at Page No. 44 ; thence
North 88° 50 ' 57" East , 192. 55 feet along the South line of
Westland Hills prolonged to the true point of beginning;
thence North 00° 08 ' 42" East , 47 . 62 feet to the
prolongation of the South line of Chateau Manor Subdivision
as recorded in the land records of the County Recorder ' s
Office in Plat Book No . 10 , at Page No. 29 ; thence South
89° 06 ' 34" East , 589 . 04 feet along said South line
prolonged; thence South 00° 53 ' 26" West , 15 . 00 feet ;
thence North 89° 06 ' 34" West , 573 . 84 feet ; thence South-+
00° 08 ' 42" West, 232 . 13 feet ; thence South 59° 41 ' 56"
West , 8 . 70 feet ; thence North 00° 08 ' 42" East , 204 . 29 feet
to the prolongation of the South line of Westland Hills
Subdivision; thence South 88° 50 ' 57" West , 7 . 50 feet along
said South line prolonged to the point of beginning,
containing 0 . 25 acres more or less .
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
