' AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
DRISKELL SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Driskell Subdivision , the East
one-half of Lot No. 8 and all of Lots No. 9 and 10 , in Block 16 of
Giboney Houck 's Fourth Subdivision , City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri , submitted by Isaac H. Driskell and
Katie E. Driskell , husband and wife , and bearing the certification
of Wayne Koehler , a Registered Land Surveyor , dated January 10 ,
1989 , is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3 . The above referenced record plat of Driskell
Subdivision was previously approved by Ordinance No . 676 on March
6 , 1989 , but was not thereafter filed with the Recorder of Deeds
of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri .
SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval ,
