AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ANNUAL OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JULY l , 1989
WHEREAS, the City Manaqer has submitted a proposed budget to
the City Council in accordance with Section 6 . 02 of the City
Charter ; and
WHEREAS, the proposed budget provides a complete financial
plan of all City funds and activities for the fiscal year in
accordance with Section 6 .03 of the City Charter ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held the required public hearing
on the budget in accordance with Section 6 . 06 of the City Charter ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU , MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City Council hereby adopts the annual
operating budget for the fiscal year of July 1 , 1989 to June 30 ,
1990 . A copy of this document is on file in the office of the
City Clerk .
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby adopts the revision of the
budget for the fiscal year ending June 30 , 1989 , as stated in the
proposed Annual Budget 1989-90 .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
