AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SCHONHOFF MINOR SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The record plat of Schonhoff Minor Subdivision, a
part of the Rodney 400 Arpen and a part of Out Lot 87 , Township 30
North , Range 13 East , City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of
Missouri , submitted by Charles P. McGinty and Martha Lou McGinty,
husband and wife , and Jerome B. Zimmer and Patricia A . Zimmer ,
husband and wife , and bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy,
a Registered Land Surveyor , dated April 28 , 1989 , is hereby
appr ove d.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
