AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FQR THE COLLECTION OF
� COURT COSTS TO BE USED IN THE TRAINING OF PEACE
OFFICERS IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The official of the Municipal Court responsible
for collecting court costs and fines may assess as court costs up
to two additional dollars ( �2. 00 ) for each court proceeding filed
for violations of the Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , provided that no such fee shall be collected for
nonmoving traffic violations , and no such fee shall be collected
for violations of fish and game regulations, and no such fee shall
be collected in any proceedinqs in such cour 't when the proceeding
or defendant has been dismissed by the court .
SECTION 2 . Such fees collected shall be transmitted monthly
to the Treasurer of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri , to be
used for training law enforcemen't officers .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
