AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDED STREET
DEDICATION PLAT OF CORPORATE CIRCLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The Amended Street Dedication Plat of Corporate
Circle , part of Outlots 61 and 62, United States Private Survey
2199 , Township 30 North , Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri ,
submitted by Six-Thirty Corporation, a Missouri Corporation, and
bearing the certification of Richard I . Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor , dated April 3 , 1989 , is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to siqn the
amended plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau , Missouri .
SECTION 3 . This plat is made 'to amend a previous plat date d
February 23 , 1989 and approved by the City Council of the City of
Cape Girardeau by Ordinance No. 674 on February 23, 1989, and
filed for record March 7 , 1989 , in Book 15 , Page 91 of the land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri .
SECTIUN 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
