AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM FIREBIRD
INVESTMENTS, INC. , IN CEDAR RIDGE SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri , hereby
accepts an Easement executed by Firebird Investments , Inc . , a
Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri , an Easement in Cedar Ridge Subdivision, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit :
All of Lot 29 in Cedar Ridge Subdivision of the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval
