AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A STORM DRAINAGE
EASEMENT FROM ROBERT PENROD IN CEDAR RIDGE
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU ,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION, The City of Cape Girardeau hereby accepts the Storm
Drainage Easement executed by Robert Penrod, conveying an easement
in Cedar Ridge Subdivision, in the following described real estate
located in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri :
An easement 8 . 0 feet in width and being a part of Lots 15
and 23 of Cedar Ridge Subdivision in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri , described as follows :
Start at the Southwest corner of Lot 15 of Cedar Ridge
Subdivision; thence North 62° 00 ' East along the South
line of said Lot 15 a distance of 5 . 0 feet for the point
of beginning; thence North 28° 00 ' 6�est , 201 . 60 feet to
the South line of an existing easement ; thence Norch 88°
56 ' 46" East , 8 . 97 feet ; thence South 28 ° 00 ' Eas� ,
197 . 53 feet to a point on the South line of Lot 15 ;
thence South 62° 00 ' West along the south line of said
Lot 15 a distance of 8 . 0 feet to the point of beqinning .
SECTION 2 . If any section , subsection , sentence , clause , phrase
or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid or
unconstitutional by any courc of competent jurisdiction , such
portion shall be deemed a separate , distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof .
SECTION 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval .
